Your HOA Board is made up of three of your neighbors that have volunteered to serve as directors, we have not outsourced management, it is still strictly run by the volunteers. To that end, please be patient if we do not immediately respond to you.
We are here to help our neighbors, both with conflict resolution and our interpretation of the governing documents... and to make sure that the common areas stay in good repair. We cannot do this without the residents. If you see a problem, with the common areas, rule violations, anything - we cannot help if we do not know there is a problem.
Rental owners need to submit a tenancy form to the HOA every time residency changes - we need to make sure new tenants have received a copy of all documents, and we have to have their information on file. Please make sure the HOA has your current contact information, as well as any contact information for your property manager.
